What to Bring To Camp
Pack a backpack for your child with the following items:
Hat for sun protection, sun block
Bag lunch with snack
Filled water bottle
Light plastic poncho or other raingear and a sweatshirt

Hiking boots are recommended and give more traction outdoors, but sneakers are adequate. Sandals and Crocs are not acceptable footwear for this program due to the nature of the hiking trails.

Inclement Weather
In case of rain, groups can use the indoor spaces provided nearby or a safe shelter. In case of lightning, or the threat of lightning, all groups will seek shelter indoors.  If the heat is extreme, campers will spend less time in the open sun and more time in shaded or indoor areas.

Group Size
Small groups allow for personal attention and harmonious group dynamics. We quest in groups of  6 - 10 children with one skilled Quest Leader. In addition, some groups have a Quest Helper. The small group size gives us the highest opportunity to lead your children on an inspiring experiential learning adventure.
